Pizzeria Rustica
A new pizza place recently opened up in the Avenues food court called Pizzeria Rustica. Its located opposite Applebee’s. The rice placed called “Rice” also looks to be opening up any day now. The lights were on and the staff looked like they were getting training.

Actually it’s “Pizza Rustica”. It’s got nothing to do with the link in your post :)
It’s a locally developed concept.

well….i tired it too… and the bread we got for starters were not fresh at all…. we asked them to give us fresh ones and they just heated it up in a microwave and gave it back…..after some time it was even tough to break the bread with hand(microwave heated).
On the other hand… the pizzas were Ok and the drinks were AMAZING….

You can’t have great pizzas in Kuwait because you have no access to wood, high gluten flour, good mozzarela and bright red tomatoes. Also no one seems to understand the basics of pizza. There is a science to it, its not just a matter of slapping some dough n cheese in the oven !

I remember a long time ago I was at K’s house and he made the fastest pizza ever by using the microwave. Till this day, I snack on that stuff…..just brilliant ;)
