No offense ‘kabayans’, but Pinoys do mix up their ‘P’s & ‘F’s… While waiting for their driving test, a pinoy lady at the traffic dept once asked my wife if she knew how to ‘park’ the car. How dya think that sounded!

Zaina, It cant be an Indian. They dont mess up their P’s with other letters. They do have bad accents…but they fu*k up the english grammar like arabs or southeast asians.
