Was just at Sultan Center, seems they have a major phone line problem because all their Knet machines are down and they have “Please Pay Cash” posters all over the place. That can’t be good for business.

i had to wait 10 mins yesterday at SC coz of a phone delay…the machine was showing “please wait” for 5 mins ” Approved” for next 5 minutes….it was damn slow…

Happened to me at city centre, waited for half an hour but managed to get some free stuff out of them for the hassle! Seems to be a regular thing for knet.

This must be a problem happening. I didt think Sultan Center would have problems like that. Or at least they would figure a way around it!

We had the same problem with American Express purchases here in Melbourne today for six of hours.
