Portable Satellite Dish
I was at Alghanim today and saw this portable Humax satellite dish. It comes with a 17inch screen on the front and the dish mounted on the back. You just setup the tv/dish anywhere and point it in the right direction using the built in compass and thats it, live satellite TV where ever you are. Costs around KD300.

I don’t know but looks like a cool thing to have when camping or out on a boat.

So is it good to take it for travelling or we will have trouble at the airport going to Europe.

Good question Margoga. They might ask you to turn it on and demonstrate how to use it to illustrate what it’s for. :p~

Whats the power source? If its batteries then i guess it would need a significant and efficient recharchable battery.
Nice concept.

Nice idea but would be much better if the screen were detachable, as it is not always convenient to face a particular direction.
