Once the ministry of telephone line thingie people changed my block's system into the new fiber network, i rarely had internet issues. so i tried out Qualitynet's DSL max, that's 8mb and it works just fine. I even just wanted to test out how strong my line was, so for a few days my speed was 37mb (a technical error from qualitynet's side, but to my favor :P ). THE PROBLEM WAS NEVER THE ISP's, it was and is always the lines! oh and i'm really glad ur finally back online, BUT we don't all get the vip treatment, their customer service at times does suck, and i totally agree with you, in a crisis regarding ur internet connection, they're not exactly as prompt as one would like/expect after being with them for a long long long LONG-A** time.
