Ramadan Meals

microwave dish

For people who aren’t going to fast during Ramadan, a great solution for lunch is microwavable meals. I have a decent collection of reviews of some meals available at local supermarkets and I will be adding more during the month of Ramadan. For now here are the ones I have available:

Microwave Meal: Chicken Masala
Microwave Meal: Beef with Classic BBQ Sauce
Microwave Meal: Beef Patty Sandwich Builder
Microwave Meal: Manicotti
Microwave Meal: El Charrito Grande
Microwave Meal: Fried Chicken Meal
Microwave Meal: Chicken Fingers

i prefer home cooked meals. pack it in a microwave safe container, go to the pantry during lunch break, lock the door to make sure no one sees me..

  13. mushroom says:

Many indian restaurants do serve food during ramadan. These restaurants are usually run by non-muslims. The restaurants look closed..but when you knock on it..they will open it for you. There were a lot of places in Abbasiya.

  29. sar7an says:

Mark, why don’t you cook something?

  30. Ralph says:

Try the 26 recipes from Chef Ramzi, they’re really good and are available in major stores (Carrefour, Sultan,..)
Lasagna from Sadia is also recommended.

  31. S says:
