Rent a cool car
I was flipping through Al Hadaf which is like Al Waseet and decided to find out how much certain cars cost to rent. Turns out you can rent a Mustang Saleen for KD60 a day. [Link]
You can also rent a Lamborghini Gallardo for KD400 a day but from a different place, call 6977266 if you are interested.
You can rent a Porsche Carrera 4S for KD145 a day while a Caymann will set you back KD125. Also from a different place and you can contact them on 5649100

u could also rent a 2006 GALLARDO SPYDER For 600 – 650 Kd and a FERRARI MODENA (360) For 350 – 400 KD

i rent it if it less than 50KD but more than 100 for one day

Renting out the gallardo for a weekend is cheaper then buying it. I wouldn’t mind the Saleen, 60KD isn’t a lot to spend on a special occasion like a birthday or something..

People rent these cars to show off during the weekend and try to hook up with girls. I have heard stories of people taking loans to rent certain cars for weekends at a time.

You’re missing one thing. If that’s a exotic car rental shop then you’ll be asked to sign on a check of that car’s PRICE in case anything happens but after you deliver it back they tear the check in front of you. Happened to a friend of mine who went to rent the new F430 from a well known exotic car rental shop.

When I lived in Q8, it was people always trying to get the most flash and bling they could to impress the silly little Kuwaiti girls who are shallow and fake. Heck I had more luck with the women when I was renting a Toyota Carmy for 165 KD a month.

I know of people who’d die for a snow white India made Ambassador car from Hindustan motors because that’s not something you will find readily available on the market.
The Cobra 427 CSX which is Australian I think, is another rarity in the local car rentals market and it would be useful if you could point us to their dealers.

Mark…since you’re so into cars, perhaps you can help me. My husband is obsessed with the corvette Z06. I can’t afford to buy one for him :p but I mite be able to rent one for his birthday. Do you know where I can rent one?
