They all start with some spiel about maintaining the mall's integrity and whatever.. then reality sets in and they're forced to rent every living inch to promoters and advertisers, cluttering the malls and turning them into upscale bazaars for better or worse I truly hope the Avenues doesn't get forced to go down that route, because by all accounts its really nice.
