Slider Station at the Avenues
According to the blog Kuwait Black Market, Slider Station will be opening up at the Avenues. Their new location will be much bigger than the current one and which is pretty tiny. No mention of a launch date though. [Link]
Update: Ok I spoke to the owner and this is not true. Slider Station is not opening at the Avenues only 360 Mall. But, it seems they are planning something for the Avenues, my guess is a new project which is good news for us.

I know for a fact that they will open a new branch in 360 mall – South Surra, Willas never said anything about the Avenues. Anyways am going today and will confirm the news.

When will 360 be opened? any idea people?
I went today for dinner and asked about the rumour, they actually said that Burger Boutique will open in Avenues and NOT Slider Station. I asked where exactly? they didnt really know where exactly but i think in the new fase or hopefully – am crossing my fingers – replacing GBK Gourme Burger Kitchen. I really dont like that place at all, and i totally think its a waist of space.
As for 360, Slider Station is still scheduled to open there in a place that accommodates 200 seaters.

The original location and all other shops around and opposite seif palace are being forced by the govt to move. They have been offered kd70,000 per shop space (some shops there are made up of more than one shop unit). Alot of them have refused the 70k since it doesn’t cover buying/keymoney for new location, compensation of missed revenue of being out of business due to relocating, and other costs like renovation costs of new location, etc.
Thats what I heard but it turned out not to be their block, its the other block adjacent to them.

Prime and Toast is not opening at 360 which is scheduled to open in March 2009.

ya i love that waitress too, she always remebers me and shes so chatty and fun! and her brother’s name is one of my favorites! Cute! They are the best staff ever!
The women on the left is great I think her name is kids or kits;P She’s great and so friendly!
