Sliders
I have this bad habit of miscalculating how much food I can eat during Ramadan. I spend the whole day without food and when its finally time to eat I over order. Today for example I had lunch at 6:30PM and I ended up going to Burger Boutique with Nat. We ordered 4 mushroom+swiss sliders, 4 midnight sliders, 4 west coast sliders and 1 street style pommes noisettes. Nat ended up eating two sliders, I had 7 and there were still 3 left. I actually should have stopped eating after 5 sliders but I didn’t and now I feel like I am going to blow up. I really should learn from my mistakes but I never seem to do so.

That is why its adviceable to not over eat an leave 1/3 of your stomach empty. You will learn your lesson

20 minutes later you’ll be full :)
your brain will send a signal to your stomach of being full.. so if you eat a whole horse or a little tiny bit..it’s all the same…try it :)
i know exactly what u mean…this happens to me everytime i go to applebees…by the way is it just me??? or did u feel really sleepy after stuffing urself?
by the way r u a muslim? cause u said “I spend the whole day without food…”so it sounds like ur fasting.
I prefer their Original Burger on the Sliders…its yummy
i am not muslim but everything is like closed before 5:30 so i have to fast with everyone else until the restaurants open. i actually eat once a day and its usually around 6:30-7.
this happens to me as well…sometimes I underestimate…and I curse myself..LOL.
When its time to eat I try to hold back, because if I get full then I would pass out! Its crazy! I have been tired as hell these days, and after eating its hard to get up!
I think you had too much sliders !! all that beef and cheese is sure going to give you hell at work 2mrw ( if u know wat i mean !!)

b4 .. on fo6oor .. as soon as the mo’athen says allah akbar .. i eat everything .. fill my stomach till it hurts .. then i get sleepy ..
this year .. we are doing a new system .. as soon as the moathen calls .. we start with Dates then soap .. then go to the mosque .. pray Dawn prayer .. then come back and countinue eating .. the prayer takes like 15 mintus .. so your stomach has time to digest and adjust to the soap .. and u wont over eat and feel comfy
try it out .. without going to the mosque ofcourse :p

ya, i keep tellin myself to listen to that “internal alarm” but lemme tell ya this month I press snooze on that thing and keep goin’. What can I say, I wanna try everythin on the table?
This is an opportunity to cut down on food. Instead people tend to binge! Its uncontrollable if you have a table filled with addictive stuff. Then you regret it for the rest of the day. Fasting is not that bad, it shouldn’t make people over eat. Its the excess on the table that does.

I want a Burger Boutique here in Dubai! Those siders look yummy….You made me hungry now :) How come you guys in Kuwait seem to have all this interesting food? Chewy Goowy, Burger Boutique….we ain’t got none of that!
