    LOL .. i see it every day and i always thought it says ” Art is meant to display”
    and just now saw that it says “Art is meant to disturb”!! XD

    I’m just gald they got the spelling right……………there’s a cafe in Fahaheel near Sana called ” Waj a Wah”. It was only yesterday we realised that it probably is a vain attempt at :

    ”What ( d’) you want ? ” The mind boggles………………

    It’d be funny if someone could put an ‘F’ before the ‘art’. Now THAT would really make sense.
