Mabani Company owns the mall and Alshaya` who bought his shares in it in a very shady transaction, owns 60% of it. so there are the other 40% owners whom are getting ripped basically since Alshaya`s shops dont pay market price rents. additionally, the land is leased from the government at dirt cheap prices (not Al Mabani's fault, but still questionable transaction nevertheless) Get your facts right before you speak ..joe joe: wrong.
