This is a cool concept, who cares if everyone copies it tomorrow...?!?!? Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. And as mentioned before, we are talking about BURGERS here, a pretty generic dish. All Burger joints in Kuwait do things differently. So great if you have a preference. This place is NOT just another burgers joint though, instead the chef is going to be cooking in front of people. And from the name I am guessing bistro/diner food. He is Kuwaiti, and I think that is pretty cool of him. If I like the cooking awesome, if I DONT i will still respect the concept and be thankful for the VAST eatery options I have in Kuwait. You keep throwing out theories hoping something can stick. Just a question do you have anything to base what you say, or is it all hear say and rumors you pick up. I mean really, for a guy that says one thing and then another, your a walking contradiction. A post should be factual or stating ones opinion, when you say stuff like some say this other say that, your the smoke and fire combined.
