About the lyrics and poems… It's very well known that Arab's poetry can not be compared to English poetry at all since Arabic is deeper language, full of figure speeches which makes it unique and poetic. I am not talking about the Kuwaiti national anthem; I am talking about all Arab anthems including the Libyan one! The music was composed by Ibrahim Al-Soula and arranged by Ahmad Ali. The ‘Amiri Salute’ was composed by Yousuf Adees in 1951 and was used until February 1978.
