Aramex have a new customer service manager because they want to fix all their problems. If you are having any problems or if you have any feedback or comments about their service then let them know about it so they can fix it. I know I had a lot so I sent them like 2 pages worth of problems with their solutions.

They will continue to be bad. I used the one in hawali they are much cheaper and they deliver and call you as soon as they shipment is in Kuwait.
how much cheaper are they? also how quick do they deliver?
They ship every Monday without fail using FedEx, items take at the most 3 to 4 days to get to Kuwait, and when there is like few grams they neglect it. The office is old and the location is in hawali. But for one KD they will deliver items to your door. Or they can call you when they arrive in Kuwait. I like them because there are no surprises. My advise is open box try it, if you don’t like it your only out 10 KD, that’s what I did and it worked fine.
well i promoted them before christmas because sarita moved there but when i came back from my vacation i heard she had left so i decided not to sign up with them. i should reconsider..
Btw you don’t have to worry about customs charges because they strip everything from its bill/Description and it really helped me with shipping large quantities.
If you don’t mind the once a week shipping frequency, everything would work out fine. All I can say I used them for 11 times now and no problems what so ever.
It’s been a while since I dealt with them, do they still deliver in 7 days?
