Too much noise
Shot this video while I was at the Avenues for lunch today. It was pretty cool the first 5 minutes but this went on and on and on for at least another 30 minutes. [YouTube]

Al-Shaya must be getting desperate to generate customer traffic. It looks pretty darn empty for a mall that size.
the demand of purchasing is very weak, we used to see many boths for other companies and many ads on the roof , now its only for Alshaya
very enjoyable .. saw it yesterday evening.
makes me want to eat smurfs….
i guess The Avenues is not designed for good accoustics..
Maybe Alshaya were trying to annoy everyone so they walked back towards phase 1 – where it is mainly Alshaya stores!

saw it on Thursday night, everyone was gathered around it and teens were dancing! i actually thought it was interesting to annoy people with a traditional Kuwaiti performance

It wasn’t that bad, were in the shops so it wasn’t too noisy. I suppose if you were out in the coffee shops it would have been more distracting.
Hey Mark lol I was there too, I was sitting with my mum, bro and sis at Haagen Dasz and this annoying noise came up, It annoyed me so much that even when i maxed out my volume on my ipod it still overtook.
I was there and it was annoying
I saw them play at AUK open day! It was so much fun, I totally enjoyed it :D
