They've repaired it each time, but I lose all of my files. I called today and asked them to please replace it with a laptop that doesn't fail every few months and of course they aren't interested in doing that. I expected a better product and feel cheated. Although they will repair this because it's less than a year old I'm quite sure it will happen again as it has regularily. I bought a Toshiba laptop 11 months ago, and it has stopped working 3 times. TOSHIBA SUCKS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
