Toyota FJ Cruiser in Kuwait

Toyota FJ Cruiser

While leaving home today to come in to work I saw a 2007 yellow Toyota FJ Cruiser parked at one of the second hand car dealers in Salmiya (next to Mr Baker, near Kababji and Shaab Park). I thought these cars were coming out in 2007…

Update: Here is a picture of the FJ I took on my way back home [Picture]

Update 2: I called the guy on 5629429, he is asking KD13,000 for it.

I don’t like the looks of it, the colours suck.

The cars have officially been released. may/june is usually when they launch new cars for the next year. Al-Sayer already has a shipment on the way.

It might look like an H3, but it is light years ahead. The japanese might lack in innovative designs .. but when it comes down to making stuff that works, there is no comparison.

“The Toyota FJ Cruiser beat the Hummer H3 in the key areas of value, horsepower, fuel economy and safety. If the Toyota’s looks, inside and out, speak to you more than its American counterpart, then there’s virtually no contest.”

I think its a really cool vehicle! It would be the perfect car for the Q8! I wouldnt mind getting one! It does the perfect job! Its compact, goes over curbs, and its an FJ! Bound to be fantastic in the desert! I like the way it has an obtrusive look to it!

Wow… 13,000KD? That guy is nuts! The most expensive model available costs $23k, which is 6700KD.

13000KD? what the hell! I would only buy it for like 6000KD.. U guys might think its ugly, but thats what I like about it! Its rough around the edges! And it can take a nice beating!! Its an FJ you guys need to know the history of this type of vehicle! It aint meant to look good! Its supposed to be an all purpose rough vehicle!!!

    hmm its tempting,….
i love the rougher look. was a big fan of pajeros until they came out looking like a soccermom car on steroids.
i do like the H3’s looks butit is just such a stupid car in terms of size and mileage. H1 looked better but again size an mileage >:|

and the FJ is a true classic.

is the KD13,000 price tag for real?!
i’m sorry but in this day an age where people go online to check on reviews and prices how the hell do they have the nerve to put such a stupid price tag on !?!
