1st of all these trashes are not safe, not clean, and opened without any covers, which make some people search inside it for anything to collect, and for cats to jump and eat from it … but the big issue when the trash collectors comes with their big truck to get the trash inside the truck .. half the box is falling on the street, and no one will clean the area … thats a big issue
the municipal incinerator is already running at full capacity. this is their temporary solution :P
Maybe it’s someone burning evidence !!
I am sick and tired of trash in empty lots! WTF?? Who is not doing their job? What happened Kuwait???

Time to move, Mark. Give up the Salmiya…. I did and I LOVE the quiet nights and larger space – especially since you have a dog. I was a die-hard Salmiya fan for years; found the thought of moving repugnant. And now… PEACE.
I think someone is deliberately lighting the trash not because they’re arsonists but to get rid of the stench and germs.I don’t blame them.
