Video Calling Tip

Don’t do it in public places. I was just walking in Salmiya while video calling and I was getting a lot of stares. Walking with my hand out in front of me, phone open and talking out loud is just too weird in public.

it’s better than the stupid bluetooth earphone that makes you looke like you are talking to yourself.

I think it is not like the ad where a guy is walking in the middle of a chinese market while having a video call peacefully is it ? :P

Use a bluetooth earpiece instead of talking out loud and don’t try to walk and talk at the same time, it’s just stupid unsafe to keep looking at the phone and where do you place your steps

looking forward to all the “i have a small dick so i drive fast” retards taking even less notice of the road as they concentrate on letting their friends see what twats they are while driving….

Mo Hat: Wataniya has launched VideoConferencing; however it is still limited to other Wataniya customers .. remove your sim card and battery .. insert again and start (gives your phone the chance to connect again. And wataniya is charging its customers the price as normal calls.

I also dont think Wataniya has videocalling everywhere. A guy here at the office told me that he only gets 3G on his phone when he gets close to Marina Mall and he hasnt found another location yet.

    According to Wataniya:
“Major Caf?s, hotels and malls around Kuwait, you can simply turn your mobile’s “Cell Info” on and whenever you are in a 3G site, it will say that on your screen which means you are at a 3G site. Moreover, Your phone will have an indicator (usually a 3G symbol) to show when the 3G network is available.”

Wataniya has also launched PTT (Pushed To Talk); which is a semi-walkie talkie service. I need to find people to try it with .. harder to find than VC people.

Some things to look forward to:
MTC is close to launching 3G internet (speeds of 10 - 80K); Being tested as we speak.
