the regular chocolate chip, but if u really like chocolate the double chocolate is amazing although i havent met anyone yet who didnt think it was tooo sweet

hmm its a nice idea, using the cookie jar photos, however the site leaves alot to be desired. The writing doesnt contrast enough, its made entirely of images and hence runs like a dog on a slow connection and is not compatible on portable PDAs or GPRS phones (resizing wont help here)… the online ordering interface needs a workover, at least tidy it up, its a jumbled mess….
hmmm I like the use of the cookie jar photos, and the way they navigate, but you can tell that its an amateur job, something which takes away from the polished look of the product…. their labelling and jars are funky, their corporate ID is strong, its a damn shame they killed it by putting up a cheap website like that….

The cookie jar photos look good! But I think they could have used flash to do a better job!
For a first time try I think they did a good job, but I think they are still in Beta
The Order page needs a major OVERHAUL! Its a site for sore eyes! The font is horrible, and too small, it doesnt match the theme of the site at all! They need to unify the theme of the site, and get it all in order..
It looks like they only remembered to put the order page together a day before they were due to go online.
I think its a great thing they are doing, and good thing you are helping them!

Ask them where they have their website hosted, because its loading slow as hell! Maybe the images have not been optimized for online usage

I agree with the fonts thing, the site simplylacks a unified look, plus the site has a lot of brokenlinks i suggest you review your site map. And the pictures on the site are very large, they definitley aren’toptimized for online use, if your afraid using smaller pictures might affect quality of the picture then slice the pictures so that they would load up faster, or give the impression to the visitors that they are loading faster.

I just ordered 2 jars, one chocolate chip, one peanut butter..mmmm. But where do I find the decription for each kind, like how do I know what a Choowy Mac or a Choowy Loco is?

pink moon in the cookies section when u point the mouse/cursor to a jar the description appears in the middle.
i will try the choc chip and cinnamon oatmeal .. but why do they need 24h notice for delivery?

cuz they freshly bake the cookies every day for the amount that is needed that day. so if u order cookies now u cant get any because they need to bake you the cookies

The site is way too basic.
I noticed that “Order online” link takes you to a order form
The “Cookies” link shows some cookie jars, and clicking on any one of them takes you to the same Order form. Kind of lame, I thought.
However, in all fairness, it is great that businesses in Kuwait are reaching out to people through the net.
Consider any comments made here as constructive comments to make the site more appealing to the end users.
Oh BTW - I don’t like cookies :(

I am a fan of their cookies … but their website is terrible. I am writing this as a comment, not mean to be taken offensively.
The look and feel is very dated (1998ish); the ordering screen is very bad (you have to manuaully write in your order). And it is completely image driven, which means you can not update it easily .. and it takes ages to load on normal connections.

It’s a small spelling mistake but,just for the owner’s info,”gormet” is spelt “gourmet”.Keep up the good work!!

The website needs to be redone with a common look and feel (in php or asp). The ordering screen would be much easier to use if it were written in php; you could add remove items quickly. The orders could be processed into a mysql database which you could easily manage.

The mainpage only talks bout cookies.. but when u goto the order page… suddenly booza and sorbet comeup!! for noobs… wot is booza and sorbet.. i guess thy wud wana know..a lil more detailing wudnt spoil the fun!

why all these images? and I cant read the font, the web site structure and map is not clear
No clear (contact link), i the inner pages, the user can not find the menu easily.. and the order online sectio I think i should be re-developed.
Sepnd more on te website because it really generates the sales and crate customer satisfaction and loyallity

no i didn’t work on the site. was not involved in it at all. i just took pictures of the cookies a couple of months ago and gave him a copy.
