We’re in!

As I mentioned last month, me and my friends (zDistrict, Nibaq and K.theKuwaiti) entered Red Bull’s Flutag. This year there were over 100 teams who entered but in the end they had to choose around 35 I think and our team was one of them. They just dropped off a box of Red Bull along with a welcome letter and a pilot license. I guess they liked our previous plane design (pictured below) and want to see how we can improve on it the second time around.

We like to call it.. the box

  7. Marzouq says:

I liked calling it the coffin! This time we need to make sure the wings dont fold it and makes it more then 1 meter!

  8. Nat says:

U guys better not do something as lame this time around! Move you asses for a change.

  9. Mark says:

our plane got us 17th place out of 27 last time. Thats with nibaq overweight and our wings collapsing. This time around nibaq is a lot lighter and we’re going to reinforce the wings.

Nat it was awesome! The crash landing was fantastic! And we got middle ranking for doing nothing! Effort vs Ranking was great! lol

Mark we have some 20lbs mini turbine engines u can buy and fix on the wings that would propel your team about 200 meters further if interested :-P
