What the hell is this??!
I don’t think I will ever have McDonalds again because of this extremely cheezy and poor advert. Come on, with all this improvment in advertising in the region this is what McDonalds is advertising? This is what McDonalds in the Arab world thinks is trendy? I can’t think of any brand that would suit this advert yet alone McDonalds! This advert wouldn’t even work for those cheap ass bargain bin stores in Salmiya. I am seriously shocked at how terrible this is. [Larger Picture]

That is, frankly, a fucking pathetic attempt at advertising.
McDonalds Corp. in the USA should look at revoking their franchise agreement with out local monkeys and giving it to someone more adept at being, lets say, creative?

I seems as though McDonald’s fears that kids will stop eating its burgers because they prefer to act like grown-ups by eating at stake houses? So they need to boast their, “not just for kids” image?

Somehow the Kid on the sign reminds me of old black and white egyptian movies.. beats me.

This is an advert that reminds me why I should NOT eat at McDonald’s. Not unless you want to be overweight with no fashion sense….. and I manage both those things as it is!

lol Thier adverts arent so bad in the region but this! It reminded me of those cheap adverts i used to see when i got “original” VHS Movies from IVC.. ABINDARADO brand for under shirt and under pants for the dishdasha ring a bell anyone ?

Warba Graphics (division of Warba Outdoor), same Homaizi Owned! And I dont think this is a regional campaign or so. Seems to me PURE LOCAL MADE.
DOUBT…Is int it Homaizi is the local Partner for Mc. Anyway the Agency sponsor and Mc sponsors are the same.
I thought publicis was doing the Homaizi stuff?

As much as I know about McDonalds.. they focus more on feelings of consumers and quality of their food.. That is the reason they are the only company that do not do HOME DELIVERY coz they cant gurantee freshness, give em credit McDonalds rather loose millions on delivery than compramise on quality. They hardly ever use products in their ads. Honestly, all the food u see in advertising.. Does it really appear that way in reality ?? But now I know some people get duped into eating shit if it is presented in a creative fashion…

Carlsb3rg, yeah thats why its there, i know the son of the owner, and he openly admits that his father works for sheikh saad, sheikh saad has a lot of people who work for him. he is also heavily in debt, (all from his wife) and he refuses to pay.
