A couple of chefs here in NZ took our Fruit'n'fire Sensational Strawberry chilli and used that as a glaze on their cheesecakes. Yes, it's different, but you will really wow your visitors with that. Now, Bagels, many of you have asked for Bagels. I would have to say that the Bagels I have had here in NZ aren't a patch on the ones I had in NYC. But I will dutifully see what I can do. LouLou

All of my products are gluten free and contain no artificials at all. The sauces are definitley safe for coeliac sufferers, as ar the other 4 items in the store.
