This way you know what ridding gear you missing (waterproof ridding boots,rain suit,rain gloves etc) also how to handel the bike on the wet).Normally rain in Kuwait is not too heavy.Worst case park under a bridge.It does not take long for the roads to dry-up due to heavy traffic),,,,,,,but at the end of the day whatever you do not do out of precaution it is good ,,,,,but you miss-out some fun !
