Ben’s Cookies
In my Hummingbird Bakery post I was told to try out Ben’s Cookies in Covent Garden so first thing I did today was try some for breakfast. They sell cookies by weight not piece. I had one milk chocolate and one double chocolate cookie and they came out to KD1.250 which is around 600 fils a cookie. Not bad considering they were pretty big and Starbucks in Kuwait sell their crappy ones for nearly the same price. I ate both cookies and found the double chocolate a bit too heavy but the milk chocolate one which is basically a chocolate chunk cookie was delicious. It was perfectly balanced, not too sweet, very light and crunchy on the outside while soft on the inside. I loved it. (Posted from my Nokia e61i)

Told you its going to be a meal. Had some while in Riyadh, same stuff and was quite surprised they already started franchising out.

I adore cookies, but unfortunately here we don’t have any decent place that makes cookies. The best one I had so far was pain d’or’s cookies and theses are not thaaaat tasty. The worst cookies I had were Dunkin’s and Starbucks’s cookies.

Yes, the best cookies by far. It’s a very small cookie lace on a corner, right in the heart of covent garden. Was there this time last year. The inside of the milk choc cookies is totally melted, even when the cookie was luke warm, and the cookie itsaelf was quite soft. 10/10.

Yeah Fudds has nice cookies, so does Hardeez (post-microwaved at home):P

Try Anoosh, their cookies are great and only cost 3SR :)
