Quick Service

I am at what used to be the Jeep quick service garage. I say used to be because today I just found out the Jeep quick service garage also started catering to Dodge and Chrysler vehicles. I knew this day would come ever since Mulla and Behbahanni merged. Instead of my quick service taking 15 minutes like it used to take I now have to wait an hour because there are a bunch of soccer mums with their big Durangos getting their cars serviced. I drive a Durango, but not a soccer mom. Nor a soccer Dad! :) I have to agree though, service does take freakin long…in fact,….longer than an hour at times. Mark happens to be lucky…Blame the Chargers!

it has been like that Mark for over a year now, nothing new, when i take my car i have never waited longer that what they tell me. Service is great and free (3ala el kafala :P) at least its not shit like Al Ghanim if u take ur BMW or Mini.. and u dont have to wait forever or take an appointment for an oil change! LOL sad but true..al ghanim sucks…

The merger has been for over a year now but my small quick service garage turned into a dodge, chrysler and jeep garage during the summer.

Marzouq, probably they both merged because Daimler Chrysler asked them to do so. Here in Oman also the same thing happened last year. The dealers of Jeep, Dodge and Chrysler were two different companies. Daimler Chrysler told them that they want their brands to be in one dealership and hence a new company owned by both the dealers was established to sell Daimler Chrysler brands; Jeep, Dodge & Chrysler.

Mark if ur talking about the one behind Safart Al Ghanim(4th ring road) , the merge even in the quickservice has been done for over a year unless u take your car to another branch…which i don’t know of..

I am not talking about the merger as in the name, I am talking about the quickservice garage now accepting dodge and chrysler vehicles.

Nothing is “quick” about Mulla. I took my car in for them to diagnose an engine problem. TWO MONTHS later, I picked it up from their garage (with a tow truck) because they couldn’t figure it out. Little “shade tree mechanic” around the corner found the short circuit in 2 hours!
Oh, and if your car is under warranty, they try to get you to pay for the repair anyways and then also charge it back to the manufacturer (double charging). Beware.
Mulla sucks in a major way.
