Shabab Cool
The other day I posted that I had heard about a movie called Shabab Cool and it dealt with street racing in Kuwait. I also heard it was banned and after watching parts of the movie I figured out why… its because the movie is REALLY crap. You have to watch the video I uploaded onto YouTube to really see what I am talking about. Its extremely cheesy with some of the worst acting I have ever seen.

i did also see it on cinema and i think its nice for simple start on q8y cinema, its comedy and worth the 2.5 kd :) i don’t know if he banned now but i don’t think so.

Any way, I agree with Fahad, it’s not that bad.. at least it makes you laugh, especially that “Haraka!” guy :D
It’s not really about street racing, it’s about the blind guy who hit some American guys while driving a car and the media show him and his gay-ish friend as terrorists. So it is “supposed” to be a political comedy, but if you leave behind the political part, which is the real crap, you might actually enjoy the movie.
It’s not bad for a start, and it’s much better than the other modern Kuwaiti movies and most of the other stuff produced in the gulf.

i cant believe that some people here are ACTUALLY saying it’s not that bad!!!!! bad doesn’t even begin to describe what i just watched!!!! and some people area actually asking you to up the whole movie too! i rather die then watch this piece of crap.

It’s a horrible movie. Sure it makes you laugh, but watching a three legged dog makes me laugh that doesn’t make it movie-material.
There goes 1.33 seconds of my life, wasted. That clip sucked, can’t believe they even call it a movie.

The old guy in the denims was a laugh, the girl that plucked half her eyebrows off was great; kind of chinese in a way actually and the guy who would start them off was cool too! I laughed and laughed! I am amazed its actually cinema stuff…I think it is more suited to youtube and must never leave youtube!

well it’s nice to see Kuwaiti police doing something worthwhile…shooting stupid movies. Having said that…why does practically everyone in Kuwait (and their dog) pretend like they’re in South Compton?
