These dancing prisoners are mainly from the medium security and mininum.. High profile prisoners are not included though. it's not being gay or lame.. this is better rather than puffing the magic dragon inside cells and getting high with coke, hero, or busting each others ass... Atleast pinoys got the courage to portray that prison are not just hellholes, filthy, stinkin ones but a healthy rehabilitative environment.
