6×10=60
Was just reading the news headlines on Naharnet and the first one I read was:
The Israeli army warns it will destroy 10 buildings in Beirut’s southern suburbs for each rocket that lands on Haifa
Then a couple of headlines later I read the following:
Six rockets hit Israeli town of Haifa, Al Jazeera TV
So 6×10=60, do we even have 60 buildings in Beirut?

As of now, the ratio is approximately 1:10. So far, 40 Israelis have been killed (civilians & soldiers), and around 400 Lebanese civilians.

I so want to comment on the crap that is going on with this war, but I dont want to end up behind closed doors. One thing I will say. No one should die. I left Beirut right before this all happened. I left a beautiful country, with even more beautiful people. Why this is happening to an amazing place is beyond me and beyond any explanation to mankind…
Peace
