Current news flash:
Israel imposed Thursday a general air, sea and land blockade on Lebanon as part of its large-scale offensive to retrieve 2 soldiers snatched by Hizbullah.
The Jewish state widened its assault beyond Beirut and the South by targeting Hizbullah strongholds in the Bekaa where it launched air raids against a Shiite prayer house and a Manar TV transmission station.
Israeli Defense Minister Amir Peretz vows that Hizbullah will not be allowed to return to its positions on the border and demands that the Lebanese army deploy along the frontier.

fuck them! WTF WHY IS THIS HAPPENING! Hezbellah are total idiots.. do they actually think that there prisoners will get released?! HELL FUCKING NO! Lebanon will just get bombed and raided until they find the prisoners and kill innocent people!

thing is Israel used to deal with terrorists before and they used to make trades but now things have changed and israel has refused to negotiate with terrorists. hezbolla doesnt get this.

What I don’t understand is… Why the hell is Israel striking Lebanon? If they really want Hezbollah I bet they could’ve wiped them out of the face of earth in just couple of hours with minimum devastation to innocent civilians.
Or are they (the Israelis) really want us to hate them?

Because its holding Lebanon responsible for Hezbollahs actions. Its been what like a year since the new government took hold of the parliment and still no one mentioned anything about disarming Hezbollah. This is just a wake up call.

I can kind of understand what Israel’s doing, but bombing the runway is entirely fucked and uncalled for. Now everyone’s stuck in the country. Their reasoning that Hezbollah’s pulling weapons in through the airport is ridiculous.
That said, it’s still strange that the only place I got offered drugs in Lebanon was in a Hezbollah “area”

Israel is hitting lebanon really hard, they know that any gain in lebanon’s economy is against them. The same can be said about Syria, it’s like two of the dirtiest beasts on earth are eating the same pray.
Hezbollah is just a parasite that hurts lebanon by it’s actions, if Israel really wanted them outta the why they would have oblitirated the South but weirdo in all these year they seem to enjoy having an excuse to attack Beirut.
