CNN Redesigns, again

Just when I finally get comfortable with their website they suddenly go and drastically change it. I hate it when they do that. Last time they redesigned was back in 2007 but I thought it was their best design yet. But, they dumped that design for one that I think is more entertainment based than news based. Why? If you check the screen shot above, the first column on the left is where the news is, the other columns to the right don’t have any news. Sucks. [Link]

Why do you read them? They’re rubbish – no matter how much the polish! I only watch the channel when I’m at a hotel with no other English channel. It starts to seriously annoy me after an hour or so.

btw… ‘their’ not ‘there’… See too much CNN :)

That’s the move that CNN has been taking for the past few years. Especially CNN America which is very annoying. I mean all the presenters on CNN America have full makeup on including the guys! There’s a lot of loud music, it really gets on my nerves after 5 minutes!

I personally prefer CNN international it’s way more relaxed.

Either way, Its still an extremely biased news channel, like most other western mainstream news.. its a good place to get an idea of whats going on around the world, but its always good to do your own research on certain topics and deduce your own conclusions :)

CNN is seriously worried about very stiff competition from Huffington Post taking away most of their liberal readers. So they basically copied the Huffington Post website layout. LAME.

CNN, sky news and fox news are owned by Rupert Murdoch, who is paid by far right, conservatist, pro-Israel political groups And controlled by AIPAC (biggest lobbyist group in USA which happens to be not only a pro Israeli lobby but the main American-Israeli intrest lobby in the states).
Aipac not only control American foreign policy, but also presures any one that critisizes Israel by calling them anti-semetic.. And scaremongers any Jews that are against Israel by calling them self-hating Jews.

Clearly shows you that the main focus of the network is away from news now. BBC FTW.
