Used to be wonderful place. I still go almost every month and it's become a jungle, sort of like the Nasdaq at 5,000 if you know what I mean... And the service is the worst in the world. I was there for Eid and restaurants and shops were just about kicking us around. In Lebanon we call it Batar. Still despite all the crap going on there, what I really miss about it is the things to do other than the malls, none of which exists in Kuwait. From the 'free' wonderful parks like creek park or zaabeel park, acres of grass (Is there no park for god's sake in Kuwait?), to the pubs and restaurants with the wonderful atmosphere. Last time I was there, I had the misfortune of being there at the same time a US Navy ship was. So when I was seriously looking at expensive watches, they weren't taking me seriously and gave me zero service. In Kuwait, I've never really had an issue with service.
