You'll get diarrhoea from their food. Always eat in your hotel or go to know restaurants ONLY !! Go to Mohandiseen and go to a restaurant there called Abo Shaqra. Its like Sa5ra but way more better. Mohandiseen is the best place in Cairo. I know this cause am Egyptian and I live their. City Stars is a good mall to spend time in and has lots of shops that aren't availiable in Kuwait and don't forget to go to a street called Gam3et Al Dowal Al 3arabiya it's in Mohandiseen also. It’s my fav place to be in Cairo and I have spent many a late evenings there exchanging belly dancing notes with expat tourists who come visiting there. This has held me in good stead for the men only belly dancing studio which I run is always overbooked.
