Some months back i ordered a pair of ladies shoes from UK and recd a mail from USWS after 1 week that i need to pay 20 kwd customs on shoes costing 10 kwd. Spoke to the staff and even the manager but they were of no use. They have the worst tracking system and customer service. I decided to say goodbye to USWS forever and opened an account with Aramex and DHL same day. Looks like all 3 are a nightmare and i thgt things wud be better but its getting worse. We are left with no choice but to tolerate this stupidity and keep shun . Cheers Ron USWS is the worst of all. ACCOUNT!)took me 15 days which is coming only from Dubai. Their CS never calls back to update unless you will scream at them(after calling 6x in the morning) or tell them you will attack them on blogs. Its fast.. But they must have changed their pricing scheme... So, my plan now, if I need it fast (and its light), I'll go DHL... Aramex otherwise.
