As i was talking to them, my wife noticed that i had booked the hotel for february instead of january, i felt like a complete idiot. thankfully, the hotel had the exact same room available, and had one of their agents at the airport, he got to us, got us through baggage claim and customs and all the way to the hotel, amazing service, but i only relaxed after i got into bed that night, not a second before. The hotel was mandarin oriental by the way, and it was amazing. Good to hear you got everything sorted, with so many people wanting to get away during this period, i think BA were glad to change your booking, and give it to someone else. Mark,
