I swear they just make up these dumb rules as they go. the one time i ordered a recliner from them it wouldn't fit inside the elevator boxed. they called me to tell me this (i was at work) so i told them to remove the box and they said they can't for some stupid reason. then they took it up the stairs but stopped halfway and called me saying they can't take it up to the 6th floor because "company policy" says they cannot lift shit up past the 3rd floor in any building!!!! I knew what the fucker really meant, so i had to ask my friend at the house to pay them another 5 KD on top of the already stupid official IKEA delivery cost to finally get the damn thing delivered. 7alawat el delivery ya basha... the funny thing is that the same delivery cunt called me days later asking if i needed anything to be moved because he runs his own moving company on the side and just contracts with IKEA.
