Kill Bill was a masterpiece, if Tarantino did as you suggested to keep it in to one film the whole movie would have sucked. Everything that Quentin Tarantino does in his movies are for a purpose, no movie of his could ever be boring. There were no problems at all in volume 2, the movie was made that way for people to enjoy the film. No one should ever question or suggest something to his movies because none of them ever would have mistakes.
