My Diet a Success

Back in September I posted on Miskan my weight which was 90.6KG. As some of you who know me since “Moblogging from Kuwait“, I used to be a fast food junkie. I used to have McDonalds nearly daily and if I wasn’t having McDonalds I was having Burger King, Hardees or some other burger place. Anyway back in September I decided to cut back on the junk and start eating better. Well I got on the scale yesterday and I am now 84KG. Since September I have had McDonalds only a handful of times, Hardees only twice and Burger King also twice. I still eat food from the food court but I don’t have any burgers and I rarely have french fries or anything fried. My diet has been a success!

just try to skip dinner, i know its tough :) but insted of heavy dinner , change to salads or fatoosh and if you want try xenical pills, i lost 9 kilos in 5 months in this kind of diet from 87 to 78

i dont have dinner anymore or if i do its light. xenical would be overkill for me, i am 186cm tall and my average weight for someone my size is like 85kg or something so I already reached my target. Now i am going to aim to get to 80kg before the summer gets here with geos help :)

Mark I used to be 136 kg, lost everything and became 82 kg, I was couple of kgs like 5 or so away from being normal, but I gained 5 due to machabees (kuwaity food), but I just cant loose it, even though I went back on the same diet.
How did yours work specifically?

im tryin to be on diet but :( even i go walking but i dont see any advantage.
22. Mark | March 8th, 2006 at 2:41 pm
its hardeez dude, u r better off eating McDonalds. Hardees has the highest calorie burgers from the whole bunch.
i mean i still eat as much as i want but i just keep away from KFC, McDonalds, Hardees, Burger King and Texas Chicken.
Pizza, Chinese Food, Indian, Italian etc.. are all ok.

Good for you man!
You know what really works: eating 5 to 6 apples a day, along side your normal daily diet and shit lood of water. If you try it for 3 months you’ll see miracles man. This is no b.s. Just try it
