The Amazing Weather
The weather in Lebanon has been great so far. Its been raining and cloudy and freezing ass cold, today its a lot colder then yesterday. I went and got my rental car, a black Peugot 307. Its pretty cool, in Kuwait my sister has one but it looks ugly, here it looks great. Lebanon does this to cars, it makes them all look great. In Kuwait even if you have a porsche it looks normal, here a Porsche sparkles and shines. Its weird, there are a ton of cars I would love to own here like a VW Golf or a Ford Explorer which I wouldn’t want to own in Kuwait. Oh and guess what.. I haven’t seen a single Mitsubishi Pajero nor a Toyota Prado since I arrived! There is also no sand or dust! I love it here so far.

Woow, it looks like you’re stayin in Adma or Harissa, if I am not mistaken, did u get the peugeot 307 CC or the normal one?
I like the weather here now, cause you feel it’s christmas, the cold and everything, if the weather isn’t really bad, I wanna go to my place in the mountain for one night heik drinkin and hangin there, would you come you and Nataly? You can sleep over, there is so a lot of space :).
And sorry for not answering your call, I had a call from the printing press, I thought you got nymber busy or something.

Yeah there are everywhere. At the airport, all dunkin donuts, starbucks, abc ashrafieh, roadster and many more.

Then why would u come back to Kuwait since you feel comfortable and happy in Lebanon? or the only thing you like about Kuwait is the “money”?

KU that is such a cheap shot for Mark that he is here for the money. I as a Kuwaiti take offence to that.
You must really be new to this blog and what he has written and done for Kuwait.
Just because some one has travled on vacation and feels comfortable and happy doesn’t mean they dont want to go back home. For if that is the case then Kuwait wouldn’t have Kuwaitis since they been in London or Spain.

kuwait ain’t as rich as ppl like to think. it’s still a 3rd world POS. a lot of arabi expats come over here bc it’s so corrupt and ultimately easier to enter than any 1st world country. there is only a tiny amount of western expats here.
and anyway, as a true kuwaiti i encourage expats to come here and suck this country dry just like original kuwaitis are doing.

Mark i completely agree with you about the cars thing!! i love the ford explorer too and i rent it abroad but in kuwait never lol,,

guys i had no problem with the original comment it was about weather but the reponses after that all show
a great deal of immaturity .
cool down its cold after all, give it a rest till july.
