I suggest you try to get them all to smoke more before the race. Since the 50m and 100m is a very aerobic thing. Your muscles use mostly the oxygen that is already in your system for that quick burst of energy. So do some breathing exercises before hand. Oh and cheat, like tie thier shoe laces or start kicking them in the knees. That always works. Well you are the only one who doesn’t smoke.
