   Hey Mark.
   I preordered my MacBook from amazon a day after you preorder yours and they gave me a shipping estimate on July 27. So I canceled my order and ordered one from outpost.com. I received it on Wednesday morning.
   Customs didn’t charge anything, they didn’t even open the package. Shipping was 20KD and the total amount was 405 KD for the 2GHz white MacBook.

   I really hope you get your MacBook soon.

   I ordered a MacBook from the UK last week. I got it today! same prices as in the US and you get a discount if you are a student.
   Its a very nice computer but kind of heavy compared to its size!

    Very true the discount is worth waiting for the product! When I was in the states the discount is 10% for students!! hehehe! I was thinking of getting it but I didnt have any space in my bags!! And Im waiting for a few more reviews to come out! But when you open it will be the best thing in the world! hahaha
