I wasn't sure if the time zone was changing starting last night at 12AM or tonight at 12AM. So when I first woke up I expected to have my cellphone and laptop changing the time if the time zone really change, and I noticed no difference between my hand watch, cellphone watch and laptop watch. So I said the time zone is changing tonight, then. But the fact of the matter is that the time already changed but for some reason neither my phone nor laptop automatically changed the time, so now my whole day is messed up... I woke up late, having a short day and would have to sleep earlier tonight. Gotta finish everything on time, though... same thing happened with me this morning since we had our time zone changing starting from today.
