  8. The naked Vietnamese girl running was on Oprah a few years back talking about her childhood experience during the war.

  9. She was talking about how despite her burnt body and the atrocities her village witnessed, she learned how to forgive. Listening to her speak was very inspirational.

    The one with the monk burning himself up is unforgettable as well , i read about him on wikipedia, and it says that he didn’t move a muscle or scream as his body melted , i can’t imagine what if feels like , its too scary and gives me goosebumps

    The photographer that commited suicide was the one that shot the Vietnam photo:

    February 1, 1968. South Vietnam police chief Nguyen Ngoc Loan shots a young man, whom he suspects to be a Viet Kong soldier.
