That was in Pittsburgh, it is a famous city in Pennsylvania
It is just one hour driving north of my town here in West Virginia
They mentioned Allegheny River, I guess that was where the race held.

lol he looks like a human hot dog. his comments in the clip are cool though, he wasn’t doing the typical inspirational bullshit more like the opposite and is very human. his honesty makes me relate to him more than your average handicapped hero.
