thats more of an accessory than a figure. Just like lfc-q8 mentioned, its a replica of a movie prop to help people, like me, set up movie dioramas that depict some scenes and in this case the meat punching training scene! Now thats cool!

and as for the rocky action figure…. its an action for action figures to complete a scene, like for a diorama as wat tweez said.
