We don't know how good we have it. I noticed the same thing on my last trip to the States. By the way, some of the people who comment on your blog have a really bad attitude. I think they need either to grow up or get a life - seriously! And what's this mixing Arabic and English? It's really a sign of poor taste, not a sign of culture or refinement. People in Europe know English, but you never see them mixing their language with English like that. They know English, but they have a deep respect and pride for themselves and their language.
