They wouldn't give us telephone numbers we requested (like restaurants, movies, etc so we can make reservations), they wouldn't let us park our car in their parking lot (but of course all the saudi and qatari hummers and minis park which ever which way in their parking lot) even though we told them time n time again that we have a suite in the hotel. and finally, their staff do not clean properly. everyday they would forget something like filling up the mini bar, changing the trash, etc. HORRIBLE.
