London.

Just checked into my room awhile ago. The subway ride was pretty long but comfortable and interesting. My room faces Oxford Street which is pretty cool.

For return I suggest you take a cab for roughly 10 pounds and then train from paddington, which takes 15 mins, for also another 10 pounds. That is best and fastest option to LHR.
The underground is cheaper, but takes longer with many stops.

Well…may I ask what you were hoping to see out of
a London hotel bedroom window? Sydney Opera House
perhaps? The Hanging Gardens of Babylon? Herds of
wildebeests sweeping majestically across the plain….

Do not forget going to Covent Gardens, if u buy an all day ticket with dif zones, it would be cheaper getting around.
