PSP Firmware 2.0 is OUT
Finally the US 2.0 is out. People who downloaded the Japanese version last month will not be able to install the US version on their PSP. Currently though there seems to be no new features in the US version over the Japanese version. [Link]

Just stick to 1.50, pirating games and NeoGeoCD, Genesis and NES, SNES on it definitely beats a crappy web browser. Unless you upgraded, sucks for you. :(

You COULD have gotten the Tenchi No Mon browser with loader, which is identical to the 2.0, except it’s japanese, and retain all your homebrew. Also, is Xbox on the go? :P

Well, congratulations on 2.0. The US one had some security changes done, and Japan had a revised version which has the exact same checksum as the US one, the old Japanese 2.0 had a different checksum. Sony possible found a hole to play homebrew and patched it, hence the delays. When it gets released in europe, you’ll probably see it cracked.
